All dishes served with Basmati rice and most with grilled tomato.

Green salad may be substituted for Basmati rice on all entrees.

A full serving of Basmati rice may be substituted with half

green salad or Shirazi salad and half rice.  Add $2

103.  BBQ Chicken Kabob (Joojeh Kabob)

Naturally-fed skinless, boneless chicken thighs, marinated and cooked on a skewer and served with BBQ sauce on the side.  10

Yellow split peas with beef cooked slowly with cartelized onion in tomato saffron sauce with sun-dried limes.  Topped with potato sticks.  10

 

110.  Herbs Stew (Ghormeh Sabzi)

A variety of herbs fnely chopped and slowly sautéed to perfection and cooked with beef, kidney beans and sun-dried limes.  12

Finely ground walnuts mixed with pomegranate juice.  Slowly cooked with chicken breast for a sweet and savory flavor treat.  12

 

112.  Falafel Dish *

Falafel, tahini sauce, sliced tomatoes, and cucumbers on a bed of greens.  Served with bread.  9

 

113.  Portabella Kabobs *

Slices of portabella mushroom skewered with red bell peppers and charbroiled over an open fire. Served with rice. 10

 

114.  Herbs Stew (Vegetarian Gormeh Sabzi) *

A variety of finely chopped herbs that are slowly cooked to perfection with kidney beans, Portabella Mushrooms and sundried lime.  Served with rice.  12

 

115.  Heavenly Stew (Vegetarian Fesenjon) *

Finely ground walnuts mixed with pomegranate juice. Slowly cooked with tofu for a sweet and savory flavor treat.  Served with rice.  12

 

116.  Meatless Stew (Vegetarian Gheymeh) *

Yellow split peas and caramelized onions with cube cut tofu sautéed slowly in a tomato saffron sauce, and dried lime. Topped with potato sticks.  10
