I visited last night for the very first time. The aromas and tastes were far beyond my expectations. The meat so tender, the combinations of spices and foods were amazing. I will be telling many of
my friends about the experience and I'm sure this will be just the beginning of many visits to come. Living in Sonoma County - it is well worth the drive.

I had the delightful honor to stumble across Rumi on my way from San Francisco to Santa Rosa. What a delight! Not only was the food fantastic, but the service was unbelievable. The owner personally
ensured I enjoyed my meal and insisted I tried some of his delightful rice. Eating at Rumi was like going home to my middle eastern Grandfather's house. My new favorite place in the bay area.

My husband and I are always on the lookout for something different, but not weird. The good was great, freshly prepared, and there is LOTS available for the vegetarian. Delightfully different spices
and although the menu describes each item the staff is very helpful in explaining the different dishes to the uninitiated. My husband really liked the meat dolmas - very moist, warm, and tasty. The
prices are great, too. Would definitely recommend to friends who are looking for something new.
